In November 2024 a massive data breach involving the betting platform 1Win was exposed to the public. The incident affected approximately 96 million users worldwide with significant impact in India Russia and Brazil. The leaked data includes email addresses phone numbers full names IP addresses and passwords stored as SHA-256 hashes. Additionally encrypted dates of birth were found in the dataset. While many accounts appear to be bots or inactive profiles the leak also contained a dedicated table for partners consisting of 570 thousand records featuring referral and affiliate information. The scale of this exposure makes it one of the largest gambling industry leaks in recent times allowing potential credential stuffing and phishing attacks against the affected user base.
