The incident resulted in the exposure of sensitive customer information stored on their ecommerce platform. The leak includes personal identifiers and contact details of thousands of customers who used the online shopping portal for purchasing consumer electronics and home appliances. Security researchers identified the exposed data on various underground forums where it was being distributed for free.
