Adidas

In December 2022 the regional Adidas website for Morocco was compromised by unknown threat actors. The incident involved an unauthorized access to the web server resulting in the extraction of a SQL database dump. This security breach exposed personal information of approximately 100000 customers. The leaked data includes sensitive details such as full names, email addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, and physical addresses. Additionally, user passwords were leaked in the form of Bcrypt hashes which provides some level of protection but remains a significant security risk for those using weak credentials.
