The incident involved the compromise of sensitive personal information belonging to approximately 200 patients. The breach included full names and contact details alongside security credentials such as usernames and hashed passwords. The passwords were encrypted using the MD5 algorithm with an added salt which remains a vulnerable form of hashing by modern security standards.
