In January 2022 the Anabel Lee online fashion store experienced a data breach exposing sensitive customer information. The incident involved the unauthorized access and extraction of a database containing details for approximately 20500 users. Leaked data points included personal identifiers and account credentials stored as WordPress salted hashes. The exposure occurred due to vulnerabilities in the web platform allowing attackers to scrape or export the user table. This leak poses a risk of credential stuffing and phishing attacks against the affected clientele.
