Apt-Mebel.ru is a major Russian furniture retailer that suffered a significant data breach in October 2024. The incident resulted in the exposure of a comprehensive SQL database containing sensitive customer information. The leak originated from an unauthorized access to the company servers, leading to the distribution of a user table containing personal details of approximately 870 thousand clients. The exposed data includes full names, contact numbers, email addresses, and physical delivery addresses. Furthermore, the database contained security credentials such as user passwords stored in MD5 with salt or BCRYPT hash formats. Smaller auxiliary tables with additional business data were also part of the dump.
