In July 2015 the ArmA3Life gaming forum experienced a significant data breach that compromised the personal information of its community members. The incident involved the unauthorized access and extraction of the forum database. The leaked records included sensitive user details such as usernames, email addresses, dates of birth, and IP addresses. Additionally, passwords stored as IPB hashes were exposed, posing a security risk to users who reused these credentials across other platforms. The breach affected approximately 125,000 registered accounts and was later indexed by major breach monitoring services.
