A data breach involving the Ukrainian online construction store Buduika has exposed sensitive information of its customers. The incident resulted in the public disclosure of approximately one thousand customer profiles and an equal number of order records. The leaked database includes personal identification details and contact information. Technical analysis reveals that the passwords were stored as SHA1 hashes with salt, which are considered vulnerable to modern cracking techniques. The exposure likely occurred due to a misconfiguration or unauthorized access to the web server database.
