CalcioShop

In 2021 the Italian football equipment retailer CalcioShop suffered a significant data breach. The incident involved the exposure of multiple database tables containing sensitive information about approximately 366000 customers and 360000 individual order records. The leaked data surfaced on various underground forums and included personal identification details and logistics information. The security failure allowed unauthorized access to the ecommerce platform backend resulting in the public disclosure of customer databases used for marketing and delivery operations.
