The incident involved the unauthorized exposure of a comprehensive user database and numerous medical documents. The leaked information includes a complete user registry dated September 11 2023 containing approximately 350000 records. Compromised data elements consist of full names phone numbers email addresses mailing addresses and passwords stored as MD5 hashes. The breach also allegedly included sensitive medical analysis results and internal documentation exposing patients to potential identity theft and privacy violations.
