In July 2023 the Russian photography community website ClubFoto suffered a data breach resulting in the exposure of its user database. The incident led to the unauthorized distribution of information for over 615 thousand accounts. The leaked data includes personal identifiers such as full names and nicknames along with email addresses and dates of birth. Furthermore technical metadata including IP addresses and user passwords were compromised posing a significant security risk to the affected community members.
