ClubHouse

In April 2021 a database containing 1.3 million records from the social audio app Clubhouse was posted on a popular hacker forum. The incident was not a traditional breach involving a system compromise but rather resulted from large scale scraping of public user profile data via the application programming interface API. The exposed dataset included user identifiers names profile photos follower counts and linked social media handles such as Twitter and Instagram. Although no passwords or sensitive financial details were leaked the collection of this data simplifies targeted phishing attacks and social engineering attempts against the platforms user base.
