In September 2021 the database of the Ukrainian internet service provider Corbina was exposed to the public. The incident affected approximately 1.4 million subscribers and involved a massive leak of sensitive personal information. The data set originated from the infrastructure of the provider which is associated with the Beeline brand in the region. The breach included highly sensitive identity details such as full names birth dates physical addresses and internal passport data. This exposure poses a significant risk for identity theft and social engineering attacks against the affected customers in Ukraine.
