In August 2020 a significant data breach occurred at Corpmsp.ru a Russian platform providing corporate management and professional services. The incident resulted in the exposure of approximately 300000 records. The compromised data included personal details of users such as full names city of residence date of birth and gender. Additionally professional information including job positions and spheres of activity were leaked alongside contact details like email addresses and phone numbers. Security credentials were also compromised in the form of MD5 salted password hashes which poses a risk for credential stuffing attacks if decrypted.
