In October 2021 the Vietnamese adult forum Danchoi.xxx suffered a significant data breach. The incident led to the exposure of the entire user database which was subsequently leaked on dark web forums. The breach involved extensive personal information of registered members including login credentials and internal forum activity logs. Security researchers identified that the platform security was compromised through an exploit that allowed unauthorized access to the backend storage. This leak is particularly sensitive due to the nature of the content and the potential for deanonymization of users in a region with strict regulations.
