The incident resulted in the unauthorized access and extraction of sensitive customer information. The breach affected approximately 14000 users. Technical analysis revealed that the attackers gained access to personal identification details and account credentials. Security researchers noted that passwords were stored using the Bcrypt hashing algorithm which provides a layer of protection but still necessitates immediate password changes for all affected parties.
