In May 2021 the Bulgarian corporate intelligence service Daxy.com suffered a significant data breach. The incident involved the unauthorized access and extraction of a database containing information on approximately 137000 users. The dump included sensitive credentials and personal identifiers of professionals using the platform for business research and legal information. The breach occurred due to vulnerabilities in the web infrastructure allowing external actors to exfiltrate internal records and user account details.
