DNS (2022)

In September 2022 the major Russian electronics retailer DNS suffered a massive data breach affecting approximately 16 million users. The incident was reportedly carried out by a hacking group known as NLB. The leaked information originated from the companys customer database and included sensitive personal details. The breach was officially confirmed by DNS representatives who stated that the attack was launched from infrastructure located outside the Russian Federation. The compromised data included email addresses, full names, and telephone numbers of customers.
