In March 2024 a data breach occurred at DoctorNaUchebe, a Russian medical education and consultation platform. The incident exposed sensitive personal information belonging to approximately 30 thousand medical professionals and patients. The compromised data includes full names, email addresses, and passwords stored as MD5 hashes with salt. Additionally, information regarding the users place of residence was exposed. The breach appears to have originated from an unauthorized access to the platform database, leading to the public disclosure of user credentials and personal identifiers.
