In November 2022 a significant data breach affected the Russian telecommunications provider Dom.ru. The incident involved the exposure of a database containing over 3 million user records. The leaked data originated from the service application systems and included sensitive personal details such as full names, mobile phone numbers, dates of birth, and individual tax identification numbers. Additionally, internal comments related to service requests were exposed. The breach highlights vulnerabilities in the storage of customer interaction data within the ISP infrastructure.
