A massive database containing information on Russian drivers licenses surfaced online in 2023. The collection includes approximately 12 million records. The leaked data features sensitive personal details such as full names, dates of birth, residential addresses, and contact phone numbers. Furthermore, highly sensitive identification data like drivers license numbers and internal passport details were exposed. This incident poses a significant risk for identity theft and targeted social engineering attacks against residents of the Russian Federation.
