The incident led to the exposure of sensitive information belonging to approximately 13 thousand users. The leaked data set contains personal identifiers and contact details that were stored within the company infrastructure. This security failure allowed unauthorized access to internal databases resulting in the public release of customer records including communication details and full identities.
