A data breach occurred at the SAP integration platform managed by Eratech Indonesia after unauthorized parties bypassed server security measures. The incident exposed sensitive financial and personal details pertaining to approximately 5000 individuals. The compromised database contained user identity information alongside specific transaction records including the nature and monetary values of customer activities. This exposure resulted from a direct violation of the server protection protocols which allowed external access to the internal data structures of the integration service.
