Evermotion

In May 2015 the Polish 3D modeling and architecture website Evermotion suffered a significant data breach. An unauthorized third party gained access to the platform database exposing sensitive information of approximately 435000 users. The incident involved the compromise of personal identifiers and security credentials including salted MD5 password hashes which are vulnerable to cracking. This breach highlighted security weaknesses in the community forum and marketplace platform which serves a global audience of digital artists.
