In January 2023 the Ukrainian online sports and outdoor equipment retailer ExtremStyle suffered a significant data breach. The incident involved the unauthorized access and subsequent publication of a customer database containing personal information. The leaked data includes full names, email addresses, and phone numbers of approximately 128 thousand users. This breach exposed consumer habits and contact details, potentially leading to increased phishing attacks and spam targeting the affected Ukrainian customers.
