In November 2024 the Russian classifieds advertisement platform Flado.ru was targeted by a large scale data harvesting operation. The incident involved automated parsing techniques to extract user information directly from the platform. The resulting dataset contains approximately 50000 records including personal names and mobile phone numbers alongside specific details from published advertisements. This type of exposure often leads to increased spam calls and targeted phishing attempts against the affected users.
