FlashStresser

In late 2016 the IP stresser service known as FlashStresser suffered a significant data breach. The incident involved the exposure of its entire backend database which contained sensitive information about its user base. The leaked data included internal user identifiers, email addresses, and cryptographic hashes of passwords. This breach was particularly notable because it exposed individuals who were paying for or using distributed denial of service attack services often used for malicious purposes. The data was subsequently distributed across various underground forums and indexed by security researchers for notification purposes.
