In October 2021 the Russian photo printing and photography service Fsfera.ru suffered a data breach. The incident resulted in the exposure of approximately 240 thousand user records. The leaked dataset contained personal information including full names, physical addresses, mobile phone numbers, and technical metadata such as IP addresses. This breach primarily affected customers of the photo processing platform within the Russian Federation, potentially exposing them to phishing and targeted social engineering attacks.
