FSSP 2022

The Federal Bailiff Service of Russia experienced a massive data exposure in 2022. Two significant incidents occurred during the year involving the publication of approximately 8.4 million and 100 million records respectively. The breach exposed sensitive details regarding legal enforcement proceedings and personal identifiers of citizens and collectors. This followed a previous major security incident in 2021 where 87 million records were leaked. The data appears to have originated from internal databases or misconfigured systems belonging to the government agency.
