FSSP Vladivostok

In 2009 an unauthorized disclosure occurred involving the Federal Bailiff Service of Vladivostok. A database containing records of approximately 682000 individuals was published online. The incident involved the exposure of detailed personal data including full names and residential addresses. Additionally the leak contained sensitive information regarding business activities and official debt enforcement records associated with the local population in the region. The data was widely circulated in various underground forums and file sharing platforms at the time.
