Galeriapix is a Brazilian platform for photographers to sell and manage their digital galleries. In mid-2023 an unsecured database was identified containing sensitive user information. The breach originated from an unprotected cloud storage instance that allowed unauthorized access to internal records. Exposed data included personal identifiers of registered users and platform administrators. This security failure put numerous Brazilian creative professionals at risk of identity theft and targeted phishing campaigns due to the exposure of contact details and system credentials.
