In the spring of 2024, a database containing approximately 200 thousand user records was leaked online. The compromised information includes email addresses, usernames, and passwords stored as MD5 hashes with salt. The incident exposed the personal credentials of the gaming community, making them vulnerable to credential stuffing attacks and account takeovers due to the relatively weak hashing algorithm used for password protection.
