Ga$$Pacc

In 2020 a massive collection of credentials known as GaPacc was discovered in the public domain. This incident involved the exposure of approximately 580 million records originating from 243 different data breaches. The dataset consisted of decrypted email addresses and plaintext passwords that had been aggregated into a single repository for easy access by malicious actors. The scale of this exposure highlights the ongoing risk of credential stuffing attacks where attackers use previously leaked account details to gain unauthorized access to other services.
