The incident resulted in the compromise of sensitive personal information belonging to approximately 13000 customers. The leaked database includes full names birth dates physical addresses mobile phone numbers and email addresses. The breach appears to be the result of a targeted cyberattack on the web server infrastructure allowing unauthorized access to the customer relationship management systems.
