A massive database allegedly originating from the Russian public services portal Gosuslugi began circulating in early 2025 though it surfaced months prior. The collection contains approximately 180 million records covering a vast portion of the Russian population. Security researchers suggest the data is likely an aggregated compilation enriched from multiple previous leaks rather than a direct breach of the government infrastructure. The dataset includes sensitive personal identifiers like tax numbers and pension insurance IDs although many records contain incomplete fields.
