GTA Gaming

In August 2016 the GTA Gaming community forum suffered a significant security breach. The incident targeted a vBulletin forum database resulting in the exposure of approximately 200000 user records. Hackers managed to gain unauthorized access to the backend systems and exfiltrate sensitive member data. The breach included a combination of identifiers and security credentials that put users at risk of credential stuffing and phishing attacks across other platforms.
