In August 2022 the HoweLand Minecraft server experienced a significant data exposure when its player database was leaked online. The incident involved two separate files containing records of approximately 80000 players. The compromised data includes sensitive information such as player usernames linked social media accounts IP addresses and passwords stored as AuthMe hashes. This breach allowed unauthorized access to player credentials and personal identifiers within the gaming community.
