About this leak

In September 2024 the Izhevsk Geoinformation System known as Igis.ru suffered a cyberattack resulting in the exposure of its user database. Threat actors managed to extract approximately 80 thousand records from the service which provides mapping and medical appointment scheduling services in the Udmurt Republic. The leaked data includes sensitive personal information such as email addresses, full names, mobile phone numbers, and IP addresses. Additionally, user passwords were discovered in the dump stored as MD5 hashes which are considered cryptographically weak and susceptible to cracking via brute force or rainbow table attacks.
