In May 2023 the threat actor group known as NLB claimed a successful cyberattack against InfoTecs a prominent Russian cybersecurity firm specializing in information protection. The breach resulted in the unauthorized extraction of a database containing approximately 60000 user records. The leaked data includes personal details such as full names email addresses and phone numbers. Additionally the dump contains salted MD5 password hashes and physical addresses. This incident is particularly notable given the targets primary business focus on cryptographic and network security solutions.
