In 2019 the Polish online store Joga-Joga.pl suffered a data breach that compromised the personal information of approximately 25 thousand customers. The incident involved the exposure of a database containing sensitive user details including full names and contact information. The leak also included technical data such as IP addresses and passwords stored as MD5 hashes which are considered cryptographically weak and susceptible to cracking by malicious actors. The breach impacted both individual consumers and corporate clients associated with the platform.
