A data breach involving the Ukrainian telecom related website KCC.OD.UA occurred in 2022. The incident exposed a database from a separate system containing records of customers and technical staff. The leak included sensitive personal details such as full names, passport numbers, and dates of birth. Furthermore, the data contained information about emergency contacts and technical notes that held plaintext passwords for various internal subsystems and operational infrastructure of the operator, posing a significant security risk to the network integrity.
