A data breach involving the Russian supermarket chain Kirovsky (kirmarket.ru) occurred in February 2023. The incident resulted in the unauthorized exposure of multiple database tables containing customer information. The leaked data includes approximately 20 thousand user records. The breach exposed sensitive details such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses. Additionally, user passwords were leaked in MD5 hash format. The leak also contains secondary information including customer reviews and detailed order histories, which could be used for targeted phishing or social engineering attacks against the affected supermarket customers.
