In mid-May 2022, an online clothing retailer Konfiskat based in Ukraine suffered a significant data exposure. The incident resulted in the public release of a customer database containing approximately 130000 records. The compromised information included full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and user passwords stored as cryptographic hashes. The data was discovered in open access, suggesting a misconfiguration or a direct database breach that allowed unauthorized parties to download the sensitive client information.
