Kora.ru

In August 2023 the Russian online cosmetics store Kora.ru suffered a significant data exposure incident. Over 2.5 million customer records were leaked into the public domain. The compromised data includes personal identifiers such as full names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers. The incident appears to be a result of an insecure database or a direct cyberattack on the web platform storage systems allowing unauthorized access to the complete client base.
