The breach involved a database containing sensitive personal information of registered users. The leak occurred due to a vulnerability in the web platform which allowed unauthorized access to the backend storage systems. Exposed data points include personal identity markers and contact details which could be used for phishing and social engineering attacks against the affected customers.
