In August 2022 a Russian hacker group leaked a database belonging to the official website of the Krivoy Rog City Administration kr.gov.ua. The incident involved the exposure of approximately 242000 records. The breach resulted in the public release of personal data belonging to Ukrainian citizens including their full names and mobile phone numbers. The data was published on various underground forums and channels as part of cyber operations targeting Ukrainian government infrastructure during the conflict.
