Leadbox.ec is a specialized lead management and automation platform operating in Ecuador. In November 2024, the service suffered a significant data security incident resulting in the exposure of approximately 203000 customer records. The breach originated from a vulnerability in their lead control platform which allowed unauthorized access to sensitive business and consumer information stored within their database. The exposed data includes full names, telephone numbers, electronic mail addresses, and specific geographical location data of users across the region.
