ListGram was a web based service designed for managing Telegram contact lists and groups. The database surfaced online containing user identifiers and associated metadata. The breach likely occurred due to an insecure API or an unprotected database instance exposed to the internet. The leaked information included internal identifiers and usernames which could be utilized for targeted phishing campaigns or social engineering within the Telegram ecosystem. Security researchers identified the exposure which eventually led to the service becoming inactive.
