In early 2021 the platform suffered a significant data breach that exposed the personal information of over 300000 registered users. The incident involved an unauthorized access to the service database. The leaked records contained user nicknames, email addresses, site balances, and passwords stored as MD5 hashes. This security failure put many users at risk of credential stuffing attacks if they used identical login details on other websites.
