About this leak
LizardStressor was a DDoS for hire service operated by the hacking group known as Lizard Squad. In late 2014 and early 2015, the service database was compromised, leading to the exposure of its entire registered user base. The breach revealed that the service did not encrypt its user credentials, storing them in plain text. This allowed researchers and law enforcement to identify individuals who paid for or launched distributed denial of service attacks against various online gaming platforms and infrastructure.
